Welcome to Day 4 of the 14 Day Challenge! My name is Natalie Camp and I lead our wholesale channel here at Après, specifically working with fitness studios so you can find Après IRL at your favorite gym or studio. Before joining the team last spring, I worked full time at SoulCycle as an instructor in San Francisco. I taught between 15-20 classes a week for four years, so moving my body all day every day was pretty normal. Music was and still is a huge motivator for me. I'm excited to share some songs with you this week that I love to blast while powering through my own workouts so keep an eye out for that!
These days I teach the occasional SoulCycle class (if you're in SF, come ride!) but I also love that I'm able to dedicate more time to weight training. I enjoy taking my workouts outside as much as possible whether it's a hike in the mountains or a run along the beach. I've put together a bodyweight circuit for you. As you'll see, I did the workout on a yoga mat in my apartment - you can really do it anywhere. If you have a dumbbell nearby, you can always slow down the moves and add weight.
