COLD BREW MUFFINS

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup Après Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup + 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Instructions: Mix together ingredients, pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 350˚ for 20-25 min.
