Well, I'd be lying if I said I've been more than sedentary over the last few months. Hours at the office have been long, stress has been high (startup life!), my body has felt exhausted, and truthfully, I've lost a little bit of motivation.
We are former athletes, fitness instructors, personal trainers and recreationalists that love a good sweat sesh and really enjoy taking care of ourselves. Our love for exercise and a strong, healthy body is what inspired us to start this company in the first place.
We've also grown up feeling pressures from the outside world to look a certain way, fit into a certain pant size, or eat less and exercise more for that "perfect body".
Most of us are familiar with the ways in which exercise improves our bodies. It improves circulation, makes your heart stronger, and builds lean muscles along with a handful of other benefits.
