DIY Berrylicious Smoothie Bowl

Who doesn't love a beautiful berry bowl? There's nothing more fun than decorating with your favorite toppings for a photo-worthy and family fun activity!

Ingredients (Makes 2 Bowls)

  • 2 heaping cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 2 small ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 2-4 Tbsp Vanilla Apres
  • 2 Tbsp light coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)
  • 2 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice* (optional)

Toppings

  • 2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • Granola (optional)
  • Sliced Fruit (optional)
  • 2 Scoops of nut or seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey 

Toppings

  • Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain 
  • Add a bit of Apres and coconut or almond milk and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency
  • Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings. 
  • Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.
