
Who doesn't love a beautiful berry bowl? There's nothing more fun than decorating with your favorite toppings for a photo-worthy and family fun activity!
Ingredients (Makes 2 Bowls)

2 heaping cup organic frozen mixed berries

2 small ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)

2-4 Tbsp Vanilla Apres

2 Tbsp light coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)

2 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice* (optional)
Toppings

2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

2 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

Granola (optional)

Sliced Fruit (optional)
- 2 Scoops of nut or seed butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Toppings

Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain

Add a bit of Apres and coconut or almond milk and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency

Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
