Sea Salt Chocolate Oats


1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats

1/2 cup of Sea Salt Chocolate Après

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP almond or peanut butter

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired


In a jar or bowl combine the rolled oats, chia seeds and nut butter.

Add your Après slowly as you stir. If you prefer overnight oats that are slightly less thick then feel free to add more Après during this step.

If you are adding honey or maple syrup, be sure to drizzle it in now.

Place the lid on the jar or cover your bowl and refrigerate overnight, or up to 5 days.

When you’re ready to serve, add berries, coconut and a little bit more honey. Enjoy!
