Vanilla Bean Banana Oatmeal

POV: It's a chilly, gloomy winter Sunday, you pump yourself up and go kill your workout and come home to make a delicious, warm and satisfying bowl of creamy oatmeal. Sounds perfect right?

Say goodbye to boring, plain oats and hello to your new go-to breakfast!

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas 

1-1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats

Vanilla Bean Après 

Cinnamon 

1 TSP Vanilla extract

1 TBSP Coconut oil


Instructions:

In a large bowl, mash the bananas

Add the oats, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix together. Add the Vanilla Bean Après and mix until the texture is smooth, not too thick, not too runny


In a large pan on the stove, add the coconut oil and heat until melted. Add the mixture into the hot pan and leave on medium heat for about 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.


Pour into a bowl and add toppings of your choice (coconut shavings, cacao nibs, berries, nut butter, etc)
