OPEN POSITIONS

Head of Growth / Performance Marketing

Commitment: Full-time

Priority locations: Après HQ (Los Angeles)

We are looking for a data-driven Head of Growth / Performance Marketing to help us meet and exceed our acquisition and growth targets in the Direct-to-Consumer channel. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing our time, resources, and budget to deliver rapid, cost-effective growth. In this role, you will have a clear and tangible impact on the company’s topline, the opportunity to quickly grow into a leadership role within the organization, and ultimately, the latitude to build and lead a team.

What you will be responsible for doing:

  • Identifying goals and target KPIs for DTC channel with management team
  • Owning the overall performance of the channel – delivering to all goals and target KPIs and leading all efforts from strategic planning. The buck stops with you.
  • Budgeting and resource allocation (including prioritizing and sequencing growth initiatives)
  • Modeling and tracking attribution
  • Developing strategy for and executing the following paid and unpaid digital marketing programs – paid partnerships (email, podcasts, etc), landing page buildouts, on-site CRO, on-site merch strategy & pricing
  • Quarterbacking the following – paid social (with a consultant), email marketing (potentially with a consultant), SEM / SEO (with a team member or consultant), influencer and affiliate marketing (interns)
  • Eventually, helping build the performance / growth team
  • Note: Scope of special projects to extend throughout entirety of marketing efforts, from positioning and acquisition through conversion and retention

Who -- the ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced (4-6 years minimum) in growing a DTC / ecomm consumer product brand
  • Data-driven, process oriented, detail-minded, and creative in how she/he thinks about strategy, testing, and potential new sources of growth
  • Goal-driven, motivated, and loves to hustle / “do the work” and get your hands dirty. This is not a role for someone that wants to point and delegate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Individually effective and able to deliver with little oversight / direction
  • Brand-conscious and consumer empathetic – needs to “get” the brand and customer

Head of Sales - Fitness Studios

Commitment: Full-time 

Priority locations: Après HQ (Los Angeles)

We are looking for a high-performance Head of Sales – Fitness Studios to help us meet our national studio acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for crafting our channel strategy, including sales plans and processes, and then executing. You will be given latitude to drive your workflow, and your performance will have a direct impact on the company’s topline.

What you will be responsible for doing:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan and process that expands our national studio base and ensures strong brand presence. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvement from lead generation to initial outreach, and ultimately conversion and retention.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully opening and supporting studio/fitness wholesale accounts. This includes managing current studio wholesale accounts.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our studio partners
  • Present revenue and performance updates and forecasts to management team
  • Identify emerging markets or market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Manage recruiting and performance of brand representatives in the field supporting studio partners
  • Note: Potential to increase scope of responsibilities should candidate prove capable

Who -- the ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced (2-3 years minimum) in all facets of B2B sales (process design, lead gen, conversion, onboarding, etc.)

    Email Marketing Manager (or Consultant)

    We are looking for an analytical Email Marketing Manager (or Consultant) to help us create, execute, and refine our email marketing strategy to achieve our growth and retention targets in the Direct-to-Consumer channel. You will initially report directly to the CEO and will have a clear and tangible impact on the company’s topline.

    What you will be responsible for doing:

    • Identifying goals and target KPIs for email marketing channel with management team
    • Driving repeat purchases and increased subscription uptake for existing customers, and improving conversion rates for prospects to achieve overall and by-segment revenue targets
    • Creating all email flows, segmentations, and testing strategies
    • Designing all email content in proper voice and brand tone
    • Testing and optimizing campaign and flow performance over time using data and creativity

    Who -- the ideal candidate is:

    • Experienced (3-5 years minimum) in email marketing for a DTC / ecomm consumer product brand

    Marketing and Sales Associate (or Intern)

    Commitment: Full or part-time (20 hours / wk minimum for part-time)

    We are looking for an adaptable and reliable Marketing and Sales Associate / Intern to help plan and implement parts of our marketing and sales strategy. In this entry-level position, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for increasing sales both online and offline, as well as developing and implementing marketing campaigns. The position will require the flexibility to jump between projects and lend a hand wherever it’s needed in the company. The ideal candidate is familiar with the current fitness and wellness market, has a deep understanding of current social media platforms, strong written and verbal skills, and an upbeat, positive attitude.

    What you will be responsible for doing:

    • Manage daily administrative tasks in our LA office
    • Manage our social media influencer campaign from start to finish. Including outreach, product shipments, social activation and conversion to affiliate team.
    • Drive increased participation and revenue through our Affiliate Program. This includes but is not limited to building relationships with current influencers and affiliates, designing email campaigns to drive participation and excitement in program, and identifying ways to improve overall the Affiliate and Influencer Program.
    • Manage daily Customer Service inquiries through email and Instagram and identify ways to improve processes
    • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
    • Coordinate and manage office and team events

    Brand Ambassador

    Commitment:Part-time, as needed

    Priority locations:LA, NYC, and SF

    Ideal candidates are well-spoken and outgoing, able to explain the nutritional benefits of the beverage as well as our brand values to influencers and potential consumers in an energetic, engaging way. Must have a driver's license and regular access to a car.

    What you will do:

    • Set up and break down at local events and studios

    • Conduct product demos/samplings

    • Be our local "face of the brand"

    • Speak clearly to the product, ingredients, brand values

    • Commit to samplings and events 1-3 weeks in advance

    • Help identify event and sampling opportunities

    Who we are looking for:

    • Outgoing, creative, and intelligent—comfortable talking to strangers about our product

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
