Performance Marketing Manager

Commitment: Full-time

Priority locations: Après HQ (San Francisco)

In this role as the Performance Marketing Manager, you will use both data analytics and consumer/brand intuition to improve business fundamentals, with a focus on driving revenue and strengthening unit-level KPIs, and to ensure consistency of brand messaging and aesthetic across all consumer touchpoints.

What you will do:

  • Track and benchmark the effectiveness of our marketing programs (ROI, CAC, LTV, etc)

  • Use data to identify and size opportunities for improvement

  • Utilize brand voice and aesthetic to execute special projects and implement new processes against identified opportunities

  • Note: Scope of projects to extend throughout entirety of marketing efforts, from positioning and acquisition through conversion and retention

Who we are looking for:

  • Analytically-minded and dexterous with numbers and data, and ultimately able to translate data analysis to actionable business insights

  • Brand-conscious and consumer empathetic – needs to “get” the brand and customer

  • Effective with both written and verbal communications

  • Ambitious, resourceful, and highly determined (ability and desire to knock down walls while executing projects)

Fitness Studio Sales Rep

Commitment: Part-time OR full-time (likely 10+ hours per week needed)

Priority locations: NYC

In this role as a Fitness Studio Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of our fitness studio accounts in your local region. 

What you will do:

  • Drive our local studio account sales process (target list creation, outreach, conversion)

  • Manage/assist with studio onboarding process

  • Be our local "face of the brand"

  • Manage studio sampling

  • Identify opportunities for studio activations and/or event partnerships

Who we are looking for:

  • Outgoing, creative, and intelligent—comfortable talking to strangers about our product

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ambitious, resourceful, and highly determined

  • Willingness to work off-hours (nights & weekends are best for product sampling)

  • Based in your local geo
