Returns, Refunds, and More

RETURNS: 

We do NOT accept returns.  Due to food safety laws we unfortunately can’t accept the return of food products. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:  

We strive to get your order to you right away, which means we don't have much time to cancel your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Once the order is placed and shipped, we are unable to cancel, or modify your order.

If you have a subscription and wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as you get your notification, which is sent 3 days prior to shipping. Once the product has shipped we are no longer able to cancel, modify or provide a refund for your order. 

For subsequent subscription orders we cannot accept returns, and refunds will only be provided for select reasons stated below. However, the Subscription is flexible! You can update your subscription by going to your account - under "Manage Subscriptions" you can add/swap products, edit the next shipment date or skip the upcoming order. Also, note you will be notified 3 days before your order is scheduled to ship so you are able to make updates before the product ships. After the product is shipped we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

REFUNDS:

Après stands behind our product and will do our best to make it right. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, Après will refund the amount paid for your most recent order, limited to one case (to avoid doubt, for those orders in which multiple case sizes are ordered, we will refund one case of the largest pack-size ordered). 

To request a refund or replacement send an email to hello@drinkapres.com, and please include the following:  

Email Address used to place order
One-time or Subscription order
Order number
Reason for the request
We may require proof of purchase if we can't verify your order

Must be within 14 days of when you receive your product. If needed we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live. 

If the product you received was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the product at no cost to you. If the product doesn’t agree with you we will (at our discretion) refund your order. Refund policy subject to change without notice.

Subscription Refunds

When you sign up for the Après subscription, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription purchase. Simply contact the support team and we will help you out. hello@drinkapres.com

DISCOUNTS and DISCOUNT CODES:

Discounts cannot be combined. Customers are not permitted to add multiple discount codes to a single order

If you are unable to apply a code to a subscription, please contact hello@drinkapres.com. If a promo code is already applied to an upcoming subscription order, the new code will be applied to the next subscription order
